Service Policy
Up to 3 attempts per address (more if the court requires), spaced 48-72 hours apart. No Sunday attempts on court-issued documents.
Same-Day attempt guaranteed if received before 10am.
Bad addresses or contact info: Job placed on hold after 1st attempt. Two additional attempts available only if requested by customer with updated information.
All attempts and information gathered on the subject (photos and GPS coordinates) is provided in your ServeManager account.
Non-paying customers will be blacklisted. No future services will be rendered until all past-due payments are cleared.
Payments
Invoices will be provided after the first attempt. Upon successful payment of outstanding invoices, service documentation will be promptly delivered.
